What is IMMERSE?

Immerse is a collection of students that we believe are tomorrow's leaders. We wholeheartedly and passionately recognize Jesus Christ was, and is, the King of the Universe. We are a group of students that is not content with just passing the time, but believe that we have been "called for such a time as this"!  We are made up of three core groups which are WATER (Middle School students), FIRE (High School students) and LIFE (College Aged young adults). Come be a part of the next generation of Beach Fellowship Church in Virginia Beach!!

When does IMMERSE Meet?

We have (4) core meetings.

1: IMMERGE is our combined weekly service that meets on Wednesday nights in the Upstairs Student Center from 7:00-9:00pm. At IMMERGE we have a time of passionate, soul lifting worship, crazy and silly video features, friendly fellowship and relevant teachings about Christ that you'll be able to apply to everyday life!

2: KINDLE is a small group specifically for our High School Students. We meet at the home of Rick & Marna Smith (1712 Hammerstone Court ... just down the street from Kellam High School). At KINDLE, we focus on going deeper into the Word of God (The Bible) in an effort to continue to strengthen our faith and learn more about the most important stuff possible!

3: SATURATE is small groups specifically for our Middle School students. We meet during the 9:00am service on Sunday mornings. After joining the church for corporate worship, we head out to the Student trailer to dig into the Bible and to figure out just how many crazy ways we can find to explore God's truth and get to know each other better.

4: LIFE-LINE (starting in Sept. 2010) is a once-a-week bible study specifically geared for College Aged young adults (and no, you don't have to actually be in college to attend). We will be spending some time worshipping, praying and breaking down one of today's hottest books. This is a great opportunity to dig into our faith, build new relationships and get around people of like minds and likes just to hang. Come on out and chill with us!
